Everything I need was there.Washing machine,two ring electric cooking with extractor fan.Microwave all in the room.Gym by the pool including separate lady's and gents sauna.Shampoo shower gel and soap provided.Great towels.smallish balcony with clothes drying rack.Very nice and friendly staff.

The only thing was that Klang soi twelve is a bit of a rat run.

Nice big rooms, spacious and comfortable with mini kitchen...

Nice big rooms, spacious and comfortable with mini kitchen space if you need. Satff pleasant, parking at the hotel also. It's a quiet hotel, there is some noise in the AM though from the road in front as the street is narrow. I did not try the pool or other facilities, though. THis was my 2nd stay there. I will repeat.

Very comfy beds, very kind people working there. and the morning buffet is awesome.

if could have been a bit more cleaner. Sadly we had a washing maschine but no facilities to hang the wet clothes. But they gave us some hangers.

Wonderful

In walking distance to local shops. Situated in a back street but very quiet. Nice and fresh in lobby. Staff attentive. Free drinks voucher per person to redeem at Bistro within the Hotel. ( non alcoholic ) Swimming pool looked nice with a few loungers by the pool. ( roof pool, so not a regular pool size ) Room had small kitchenette. Large and spacious. Small balcony of you wanted to sit out. Looks over the street and buildings. Bistro was pleasant. Excellent selection of food for Breakfast. Fresh food also cooked to order: scrambled eggs, fried egg, omelettes with a choice of fillings. Worth £73 GBP to stay overnight. The amenities were appreciated as if forgotton my toothbrush. ( toothbrushes/paste, shower cap, cotton buds) Lovely scent to the Shampoo & Shower Gel. ( No hair conditioner ) Tv and USB points for charging. Robes and slippers in the wardrobe. We stayed in the king size suite.

If I was going to be objective then a small observation would had been that the Air con was a bit noisy, but we did sleep ok. No fresh milk for Tea so ask for some milk. Complimentary freshly made biscuits from the chef, 2 bottles of water, 2 tea bags, 2 sachets of coffee, 2 coffee cream sachets and 2 sachets of sugar.

For this price it was very very good.

For this price it was very very good. Maybe the asian tourists which are normally their guests didnt come because of covid9.

The showerdoor didnt closed well, so water could spreat outside.

Very nice room, spacious and comfortable.

Very nice room, spacious and comfortable. Good natural light with big windows, but good curtains to block light in AM. Parking also available.

Room was facing a building in construction on opposite side of street and it is a narrow, passing street so it was noisy in AM, hard to sleep late. Earplugs!

i would definitely return. All was well for me.

The staff responded to all of my needs immediately. cleaning crew were extremely friendly, location was away from bars but near enough to get to. Motorcycle taxi and baht bus very near if needed , massage and restaurants, 7/11 etc. all nearby. Laundry service and restaurant on property. Some rooms with bathtub, had toilet with water jets, so no need for bum gun. Large flat screen TV with some English movie channels . Washing machine and electric stove top burners, looked nice but who actually would need them?,,, . A few plates, bowls, and glasses. Price was good online not sure if always so due to virus scare. and no Chinese people.

Construction near by all day long beginning at 8:30 a.m. did not really bother me because I awaken early. Twice forgot to clean room, still no problem as they sent someone right away. Bathtub a little small for taller people. No Pans for stove top. Shower nozzles were a little difficult to adjust from spout, to rain shower head ,to normal shower head.

Microwave and Sink Nor Caution for the Room Keys Conformable Bed Laundry service

The locker stank like something went rot there where bugs and Cockroach on the Pantry Kitchen in two weeks they newer washed the Room and Bathroom floor The Fridge stank The air conditioing stank too.

Aster you get 6 stars from me

It was very nice of the hotel to offer 2 welcome drinks of my choice. The pool was lovely the staff were smiling and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect to get to the beach as well as the night life. The hotel was clean and modern but for me they did an excellent job. I left a credit card wallet in my room and i did not even notice I had left it for a few days. The cleaner found the credit cards and they were kept at the hotel. They then mailed them to me and saved me a lot of hassle. I cannot thank the hotel enough for helping me with solving a problem that was created by my own stupidity. You are the best and I will stay here on my next trip and buy you all a drink. Keep up the great work

I really have no negatives to say about my say. They really helped me so much and will have only good things to say about a great hotel with great staff.

Not by choice

We ended at this hotel because we were in a parking lot were we had just been told by our other booking at the BASE which we had booked a month in advance and were cancel 5 min prior to arriving... the aster was below our standard if you are not to picky.. old towel .. old hotel .. but functional when you are stuck... But the staff were VERY FRIENDLY and shuttle to many place around for Free .. quiet place ... and good breakfast... not to far from the beach ...

Very pleasant stay with some very minor inconveniences

The place looks nice and is clean, and the staff is amazingly helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable, and supremely quiet. The bed was comfortable, though definitely on the softer side, but I didn't mind. The AC was quiet, but the room was easy to keep cool, so I didn't even need the AC in the night. The breakfasts were decent, but I recommend not booking, instead paying in cash as you go, as it's the same price (or maybe even cheaper than booking) and leaves you more options.

The AC remote didn't work too well - I had stand up and put it up against the AC unit for it to work. The automatic light switch in the cupboard was broken. The shower cabin door would spread water all around the bathroom once you open it. Most of the bike parking was not under a roof.

Wonderful

I'm an ex hotelier ...your Hotel has very professional standards ...your Front office Staff are extremely professional & welcoming . The same with your Restaurant Staff ...service is fast and foods well presented and tasty . I asked to extend my stay by at least another 3 days , but with Room Rate double, I declined. maybe with guests already in house it would be smarter to offer them their existing Rate .!. Good marketing for Repeat business ...but in all you operate a good Hotel . And that's in a location that is anything to win an award for .

Wonderful and Exceptionally Good

This hotel is really excellent. It was clean. Staffs were very nice. The rooms have almost everything you need (Electric Kettle, microwave oven, washing machine, safe, bathtub etc). I really loved staying here.

Actually, I liked almost everything of the hotel. However, the location is little far from the beach.
